The Sanskrit name Ajna means ‘to know’ or ‘to command’.
As we explore the qualities of the Brow Chakra we look back at the steps behind us with new vision. We can see where we have been, where we are now and predict where we are going.

Without vision our actions are mere impulses, but with vision they become creative acts of will in the service of transformation.

Join me as we as we explore these
concepts through Bhramarī
Prāṇāyāma, Jālandhara Bandha,
Ganesha Mudra, Āsana and
Ajapa Japa Meditation.

Exploring dynamic and static postures;
practicing with awareness of breath
and how it facilitates movement.

Each 60 minute yoga class explores
prāṇāyāma (breath-work) & āsana (posture)
with relaxation to finish.
